Wendy Farrow was born in England in 1962. She has always had a passion
for photography and all art forms.
A camera in her hands since she was 7, Wendy has stayed
with photography as a base medium, even after much exploration
in other areas of artistic expression.
After graduating with an Award of
Excellence from the Vancouver Film School's Digital
Multimedia Programme, Wendy worked for several years as
a freelance web developer before moving to Europe to pursue
her dream of working as an artist. While living in Paris
in 2002, she took an unexpected interest in sculpture
and began to use her own sculptures in her images. (see
'Figurative')
Wendy returned to Paris in 2007 where she spent a year
gathering images for future creations. Her work has won
several international awards and hangs in private collections
in North America and Europe.
